At Illawarra Rehabilitation Clinic, our ice bath and sauna therapies are designed to enhance recovery, reduce muscle inflammation, and boost overall well-being. The ice bath accelerates muscle repair, while the sauna promotes detoxification and relaxation, offering a powerful combination for holistic health and rejuvenation.

Casual Visits are available.
No memberships or lock in contracts needed.
$45 for 45 minutes.
$120 for a 3 visit pack
Patients can alter their times to suit. eg: 2 x 15 min saunas interchanging with 2 x 5 minute ice baths.
Or for those who prefer the heat. eg: 2 x 20 minute saunas interchanging with 2 x 2-3 minute ice baths.

Safety considerations.                                                                                      Please note showering on site is mandatory before using the ice bath and sauna, then again when transitioning from sauna to ice bath.

Towels are to be used to sit on in the saunas.
